2026 Garage Door
This summer, while the weather is conducive, we are hoping to get our garage door, the door frame (which is rotting), the door control replaced and put a fresh coat of paint on the outside.
The cost for this will be $13,000.00.

2026 Carpet
We are hoping to replace the carpet in the Lounge, Dining Room, Library, and stairs, at a cost of $40,000.00
2025 Powder Room

2024 Repairs
This year we have been able to resurface the circle drive, areas of parking space, and the garbage area thanks to generous donations from members, Nelson Balfour CS Society and a large donation from Scarborough Christian Science Society. Thank you, what a difference you have made!
2023 Repairs
Our generous donors and supporters, and Victoria Heritage Foundation, we were able to complete the repair and repainting of one side of the Heritage building this fall.
