Wayside House - Membership and Donations

Wayside House Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to the nurturing and provision of Christian Science nursing services throughout Canada. We receive no government funding and, therefore, much of our support is derived through donations from members and donors who live virtually around the world.

Your donations to Wayside can be made in several forms including:

bequests
gift annuities
outright gifts of cash/cheques/money orders
recurring donations
specific project funding
direct transfer of stock or mutual funds – fill out this form
Important Notes for Securities Donations
Please note that time is required for gifts of securities to settle. To ensure securities donations qualify for a 2025 tax receipt: Mutual Funds donations should be completed before December 5th.
All other securities donations should be completed before December 12th.

Wayside House is a Registered Charity with the Canada Revenue Agency, Registration No. 108193749RR0001.

Custom Donation

We invite you to become a member of Wayside House. All members receive our quarterly newsletters and are invited to participate in our Annual Meeting event. Dues are only $25 a year and all donations are tax deductible for Canadian residents.

Article 1, Section 4 of the Wayside constitution states “ An applicant for membership shall be a member or adherent of a Christian Science Organization approved by the Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, Boston, Mass., or a person who conscientiously subscribes to the teaching of Christian Science as presented in the writings of Mary Bake Eddy.”
